Using an integrated model for safety management, we provide a framework to support a sound safety culture within the entire organisation.
When it comes to staff health, the Etihad Airways Medical Centre is a dedicated facility which continues to expand its services. As well as providing medical services, they also hold regular awareness campaigns such as breast cancer awareness and blood donation days.
Promoting a healthy, active lifestyle, staff gyms are located around our hub of Abu Dhabi. Many staff also collaborate in intramural sports teams and events, which are organised in the spirit of teamwork, fitness and sportsmanship.

An innovative learning management system, iLearn, allows staff to access online courses in operational and commercial areas. A range of courses are available in leadership training and personal development, as well as job-specific skills.
